My name is Joe Cardador (CARD-ah-door) and I am the owner and principal analyst at Echo CX. I live in Kansas City with my wife Christie, and my three children: Truman, Calvin, and Kate. When I’m not doing research and analysis, you can usually find me taking online programming and data mining courses on Coursera, EdX, or Udemy. Away from the computer, you can find me playing soccer or baseball with my kids, running or biking, playing drums (pretty well) and guitar (rather poorly), or trying out a new craft beer or dinner recipe.
